怎么讓員工喜歡穿工作服？

市場調查中會發現很多員工都不是很喜歡穿定制工作服，因為大多數人都覺得工作服不好看，不合身，或者不方便。隨著90、00后進入職場，仿佛給職場增添了一道靚麗的風景線，社會新人們當然更愿意穿自己漂亮的衣服。但是某些行業的特殊要求導致他們不得不穿工作服，那么怎樣做出讓企業員工滿意的工作服就成了上層管理人員不得不研究的問題。

1、工作服顏色統一

工作服一定是要適合行業的，比如傳統餐飲行業是統一的純白色系服裝，而工業行業的工作服則是偏向深色系。這些都是根據行業的需求決定的，色系是統一了，但是樣式其實可以做出大的改變，比如在白色的衣服上添加一些圖案或者小配飾等小裝飾，我相信員工們肯定會更加容易接受工作服。

工作服是需要適合身材的，現在大部分工作服都是上下一身的套裝，而因為員工的身材不統一，所以可能有的人穿上大了有的穿上小了，這種問題導致了很多員工穿上工作服反而工作更不方便了。因此，好的工作服款式和量身定做就是一個很大的問題。

工作服面料一定要透氣，讓員工穿著舒適，但是因為有的廠家為了追求利潤，選擇的是不透氣也不吸汗的布料，這樣只會使員工們穿著不舒適。
