1、外觀

線與布料相適應，包含色澤、質地、牢度、縮水率等方面。鈕扣的色澤應與布料色澤相等。商品整齊、平伏，折疊規矩，左右對稱，各部位熨燙平坦，無漏燙，無死褶，商品無線頭、無紗毛，各部位契合規范需求。

布料的種類許多，為確保商品的外觀和結實，不一樣的布料應選不一樣的針距。如硬質布料的針距通常能夠稀一點，質地松軟的布料通常針距能夠密一點。線路順直是指各縫制部位的線路禁絕隨意曲折，要契合服裝外型的需求;線路要規整，不堆疊，無跳針、拋線，針跡明晰美觀，縫制的起止回針要結實，搭頭線的長度要適合，無漏針、脫線表象，縫線松緊要與布料厚薄、質地相適應。
