工作服布料進廠后要進行數(shù)量清點以及外觀和內在質量的檢驗，只有符合服裝廠生產(chǎn)要求的才能投入生產(chǎn)。好的質量是控制成品醉重要的一環(huán)，通過對廠商布料的檢驗，測定有效的提高服飾的正品率，布料檢驗包括粘合襯粘合牢度，拉鏈順滑程度，松緊帶縮水率等等，對不符合要求的布料退掉或不予生產(chǎn)使用。

在工作服批量生產(chǎn)前，技術人員要做好生產(chǎn)前的技術準備工作。技術準備包括工藝單、樣板的制定和樣衣的制作三個內容。工藝單是服裝加工中的指導性文件，它對服裝的縫制、規(guī)格、包裝、整燙等都提出了詳細的要求，對服裝輔料搭配、縫跡密度等細節(jié)問題也加以明確，服裝加工中的各道工序都應嚴格參照工藝單的要求進行，樣板制作要求尺寸準確，規(guī)格齊全。相關部位輪廓線準確吻合。樣板上應標明服裝款號、部位、規(guī)格及質量要求，并在有關拼接處加蓋樣板復合章。在完成工藝單和樣板制定工作后，可進行小批量樣衣的生產(chǎn)，針對客戶和工藝的要求及時修正不符合點，并對工藝難點進行攻關，以便大批量流水作業(yè)順利進行。工作服樣衣經(jīng)過客戶確認簽字后成為重要的檢驗依據(jù)之一。

After completing the process sheet and sample development work, small-scale sample clothing production can be carried out. Non conformities can be corrected in a timely manner according to customer and process requirements, and process difficulties can be tackled to facilitate smooth large-scale assembly line operations. After being confirmed and signed by the customer, the work uniform sample becomes one of the important inspection criteria.

三、裁剪

技術人員對工作服裁剪前，要先根據(jù)樣板繪制出排料圖，"合理、完整、節(jié)約"是排料的基本原則。

服裝通過整燙使其外觀平整、尺寸準足。熨燙時在衣內套入襯板使產(chǎn)品保持一定的形狀和規(guī)格，襯板的尺寸比成衣所要求的略大些，以防回縮后規(guī)格過小，熨燙的溫度一般控制在180℃~200℃之間較為，不易燙黃、焦化。

The size of the lining board is slightly larger than that required for the finished garment to prevent the size from being too small after shrinking. 成衣檢驗是工作服進入企業(yè)的一道工序，因而在工作服生產(chǎn)過程中，工作服廠起著舉足輕重的作用。由于影響成衣檢驗質量的因素有許多方面，因而，工作服成衣檢驗是服裝企業(yè)管理鏈中重要的環(huán)節(jié)。正確的檢驗觀關重要，質量檢驗是指用某種方法對產(chǎn)品或服務進行一種或多種特性進行測量、檢查、試驗、度量，并將這些測定結果與評定標準加以比較，以確定每個產(chǎn)品或服務的優(yōu)劣，以及整批產(chǎn)品或服務的批量合格與否。與所要求的質量相比，生產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品性質會參差不齊，有一定的差距。
