1 整齊：服裝必須合身，袖長手腕，褲長腳面，裙長過膝蓋，尤其是內(nèi)衣不能外露；襯衫的領圍以插入一指大小為宜，褲裙的腰圍以插入五指為宜。不挽袖，不卷褲，不漏扣，不掉扣；領帶、領結、飄帶與襯衫領口的吻合要緊湊且不系歪；如有工號牌或標志牌，要佩戴在左胸正上方，有的崗位還要戴好帽子與手套。

2 清潔：衣褲無污垢、無油漬、無異味，領口與袖口處尤其要保持干凈。

3 挺括：衣褲不起皺，穿前要燙平，穿后要掛好，做到上衣平整、褲線筆挺。

4 大方：款式簡練、高雅，線條自然流暢，便于崗位接待服務。
