工作服定做防起球的方法較多，染色前、染色中的方法有如改變纖維的結構、成分與性能，改變紗線的紡紗工藝及織物結構，改變染整工藝等，但我們一般習慣于布匹和成衣漂染后整理，那么工作服面料防起球整理的幾種方法。
There are many ways to prevent pilling of work clothes. The methods before and during dyeing include changing the structure, composition and properties of fiber, changing the spinning process and fabric structure of yarn, and changing the dyeing and finishing process. However, we are generally used to finishing fabrics and garments after bleaching and dyeing, so several methods for anti pilling finishing of workwear fabrics are proposed.
1、工作服面料：生物拋光(生物酶整理) 工作服
1. Fabric of work clothes: biological polishing (biological enzyme finishing) work clothes
生物拋光是用纖維素酶 棉織物表面的整理工藝，以達到抗起毛起球作用，增加織物的光潔度和柔軟度，生物拋光去除從紗線表面伸出的微細纖維，織物表面絨毛減少，變得光潔而不會起毛起球。(酶的水解和機械的沖擊共同去除了織物表面的毛絨和纖維的末梢，使織物組織變得清晰，色澤明亮)。實踐證明此種方法對降低起毛起球的效果是 的，因為纖維的末梢被除掉而不是在原處被覆蓋，但要注意此法會對織物有 損失及部分失重.
Biopolishing is a finishing process of cotton fabric with cellulase to achieve anti pilling effect and increase the smoothness and softness of the fabric. Biopolishing can remove the micro fibers from the yarn surface, reduce the pile on the surface of the fabric, and make it smooth without pilling. (enzymatic hydrolysis and mechanical impact jointly remove the plush and fiber ends on the fabric surface, making the fabric structure clear and bright color). It has been proved that the effect of this method on reducing fuzzing and pilling is yes, because the fiber ends are removed instead of being covered in the original place, but it should be noted that this method will cause fabric loss and partial weight loss
對棉及滌綸/纖維素纖維混紡織物，采用纖維素酶;羊毛或滌綸/羊毛混紡織物采用合適的生物蛋白酶進行拋光處理。所以嚴格控制工藝條件，否則會造成酶失活或嚴重損傷、嚴重失重，而且大批量織物也不太適宜(有缸差)，所以一些針織物染整廠不愿應用此法。
For cotton and polyester / cellulose blended fabrics, cellulase is used; wool or polyester / wool blended fabrics are polished with appropriate biological protease. Therefore, strictly control the process conditions, otherwise it will cause enzyme inactivation or serious damage, serious weight loss, and large quantities of fabrics are not suitable (with VAT difference), so some knitwear dyeing and finishing plants are not willing to apply this method.
2、工作服面料：輕度縮絨法(主要用于羊毛織物，如羊毛衫、羊毛針織品)

羊毛衫等針織品經過輕度縮絨后，其毛纖維的根部在紗線內產生氈化，纖維之間相互糾纏，因此增強了纖維之間的摩擦系數，使纖維在遭受摩擦時不易從紗線中滑出，進而使羊毛衫等織物的起球現象得以減少。目前，一般對精紡羊毛衫等織物通過輕度縮絨以提高其抗起球效果。其工藝流程為：毛衫浸潤-輕度縮絨-清洗-脫水-烘干。

樹脂是各種各樣的聚合物，利用樹脂在纖維表面交鏈網狀成膜的功能，使纖維表面包裹一層的樹脂膜，此樹脂膜使纖維的滑移減弱;同時，樹指均勻地交鏈凝聚在紗線的表層，使纖維端粘附于紗線上，摩擦時不易起球，因而可地提高羊毛衫的抗起球性。

②樹脂的選擇

所選樹脂要與纖維有較大的粘合力，同時本身也應有的，整理后要有較好的彈性和滑爽而不粘膩的手感，粘結膜不影響染料的色牢度和光澤。對人體皮膚無刺激。；樹指性能穩定，應用方便低廉。

目前，一般的樹脂(丙烯酸脂自身交聯型樹指)已不能滿足客戶對織物的，因為有的抗起毛起球劑(樹脂)存在處理后手感變硬，下降，被處理物色光發生變化，有的樹脂還進行高溫焙烘等問題。
