There are many ways to prevent pilling of work clothes. 1、工作服面料：生物拋光(生物酶整理) 工作服

生物拋光是用纖維素酶 棉織物表面的整理工藝，以達(dá)到抗起毛起球作用，增加織物的光潔度和柔軟度，生物拋光去除從紗線表面伸出的微細(xì)纖維，織物表面絨毛減少，變得光潔而不會起毛起球。(酶的水解和機(jī)械的沖擊共同去除了織物表面的毛絨和纖維的末梢，使織物組織變得清晰，色澤明亮)。實(shí)踐證明此種方法對降低起毛起球的效果是 的，因?yàn)槔w維的末梢被除掉而不是在原處被覆蓋，但要注意此法會對織物有 損失及部分失重.
Biopolishing is a finishing process of cotton fabric with cellulase to achieve anti pilling effect and increase the smoothness and softness of the fabric. Biopolishing can remove the micro fibers from the yarn surface, reduce the pile on the surface of the fabric, and make it smooth without pilling. 對棉及滌綸/纖維素纖維混紡織物，采用纖維素酶;羊毛或滌綸/羊毛混紡織物采用合適的生物蛋白酶進(jìn)行拋光處理。所以嚴(yán)格控制工藝條件，否則會造成酶失活或嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷、嚴(yán)重失重，而且大批量織物也不太適宜(有缸差)，所以一些針織物染整廠不愿應(yīng)用此法。
For cotton and polyester / cellulose blended fabrics, cellulase is used; wool or polyester / wool blended fabrics are polished with appropriate biological protease. 2、工作服面料：輕度縮絨法(主要用于羊毛織物，如羊毛衫、羊毛針織品)

羊毛衫等針織品經(jīng)過輕度縮絨后，其毛纖維的根部在紗線內(nèi)產(chǎn)生氈化，纖維之間相互糾纏，因此增強(qiáng)了纖維之間的摩擦系數(shù)，使纖維在遭受摩擦?xí)r不易從紗線中滑出，進(jìn)而使羊毛衫等織物的起球現(xiàn)象得以減少。目前，一般對精紡羊毛衫等織物通過輕度縮絨以提高其抗起球效果。其工藝流程為：毛衫浸潤-輕度縮絨-清洗-脫水-烘干。

樹脂是各種各樣的聚合物，利用樹脂在纖維表面交鏈網(wǎng)狀成膜的功能，使纖維表面包裹一層的樹脂膜，此樹脂膜使纖維的滑移減弱;同時，樹指均勻地交鏈凝聚在紗線的表層，使纖維端粘附于紗線上，摩擦?xí)r不易起球，因而可地提高羊毛衫的抗起球性。

目前，一般的樹脂(丙烯酸脂自身交聯(lián)型樹指)已不能滿足客戶對織物的，因?yàn)橛械目蛊鹈鹎騽?樹脂)存在處理后手感變硬，下降，被處理物色光發(fā)生變化，有的樹脂還進(jìn)行高溫焙烘等問題。
