As a labor-intensive industry, the standardization construction of workshops in clothing production is directly related to product quality, production efficiency, and employee health and safety. 一、車間環境與設施標準

溫濕度控制:

特種機臺(如鎖眼機、釘扣機)需通過CE認證,關鍵部位加裝防護罩。

After the fabric arrives, it undergoes a four point inspection, with a defect score of ≤ 20 points/100 meters and a color fastness of at least level 4.
輔料(拉鏈、紐扣)通過2000次開合測試,鹽霧試驗48小時無銹蝕。
Accessories (zippers, buttons) have passed 2000 opening and closing tests, and there is no corrosion after 48 hours of salt spray testing.
在線檢測機制:
Online detection mechanism:
縫制工序實施“三檢制”,即自檢、互檢、專檢,部位(如袖籠、領圈)縫跡密度≥9針/3cm。
The sewing process implements a "three inspection system", which includes self inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection. The stitch density of key parts (such as sleeves and collars) is ≥ 9 stitches/3cm.
成品抽檢比例不低于5%,關鍵尺寸(如胸圍、衣長)偏差≤±1cm。
The sampling ratio of finished products shall not be less than 5%, and the deviation of key dimensions (such as chest circumference and clothing length) shall be ≤ ± 1cm.
追溯體系建立:
Establishment of traceability system:
每件成衣綁定條形碼,記錄生產日期、班組、質檢記錄等信息。
Each garment is bound with a unique barcode to record production date, team, quality inspection records, and other information.
留存關鍵工序影像資料,實現質量問題72小時快速追溯。
Retain key process image data to achieve rapid traceability of quality issues within 72 hours.
